When we pulled the alenator off the rotor was worn, about as bad as I have seen without magnets broke off. It was worn completely to one side. replacing the old 22amp system with a new Evo style 32amp system complete.

Time to get at the rest of it now and setting up the heads to make sure they are clearenced enough for the new BH Andrews cam that is going into it. You have to make sure the rocker arms do not contact the valve guide when they are open or you got more problems down the road...bent valves etc.

Installed new races in the rods and honed them to the correct clearances for the crankpin rod bearings. New thrust washers and now that looks better and ready to assemble the cases.

Trued them up to .001" clearance and assembled in the cases.

..More happening now......
